Shandong Dynamic Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. Technology Center was established in 2012. Its predecessor is the R&D center of Shengli Oilfield Zhongsheng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. It has more than 20 researchers, and 50% of them are masters or above. It mainly studies development and application technology of oilfield chemicals such as PS, surfactant for oil displacement, heavy oil viscosity reducer, depressure and increasing injection agent, reservoir cleaning agent, hot washing additives.

The Technology Center attaches great importance to independent R&D and scientific and technological innovation. At present, it has 13 authorized patents, and some of the research results have been evaluated by scientific and technological achievements of Dongying to achieve industrial transformation. In view of different oil reservoirs in domestic and foreign oilfields, the technology center has figured out a set of scientific surfactant flooding technology for EOR. It has the R&D capacity of various kinds of anionic, nonionic and ampholytic surfactants for oil displacement. It has the ability of product design and synthesis, the analysis ability of target crude oil and field injection water, and the effect evaluation of field application. This constructs the core competitiveness of enterprises.

Over the years, our company adheres to the economic line of the laboratory, continuously increases investment in scientific research. We have purchased a number of high-end precision analysis equipment, such as interfacial tension meter, HPLC, IC, GCMS, TQD- LC/MS etc. We constantly improve the R&D ability of core technology, forming a complete product R&D route: small-scale → pilot-scale → industrialization.

At present, according to the oil-water characteristics of different oilfields, the company has developed naphthenic PS, aryl PS, alkyl PS, high efficiency surfactant for oil displacement and so on. Amphoteric surfactants such as alkyl carboxy betaine, alkyl hydroxypropyl sulfonated betaine and alkanolamide betaine have been developed independently. It owns a variety of complex oil displacement agents, heavy oil viscosity reducers, depressure and increasing injection agent and other product formulation system. At present, a series of products, such as flotation reagents for oxidized ores and cleaning agents for heavy oil, are gradually developed to promote the diversification of the company's products.
